James established Investor First in 2002. Prior to Investor First James held a variety of senior management and corporate venturing roles with multi-national firms such as Modus Media International (European Marketing Director) and Orbiscom (COO Business Payments). James also worked with Australian property developer Tower Corporation and in the early part of his career for Digital Equipment. James is a Chartered Management Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from University College Cork.

John heads up all Product, Marketing and Research activities for Investor First. John brings over five years of experience in originating, analysing, structuring and marketing international real estate projects. John was a founding member of the Investor First team in 2002. Prior to joining he held various Marketing and Business Analyst roles with credit card software company Orbiscom. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from UCD as well as a Masters in Marketing from the Michael Smurfit School of Business.

Richard heads up the Investor First Finance team. He is responsible for all financial analysis, research, due diligence and asset management activities. Richard also fulfils this role in sister company Conlon & Co. Prior to joining Investor First, Richard spent four years with Chartered Accountants, Phelan Prescott & Co. in Dublin. Since then, Richard also completed a number of short term project roles with BT Financial Group, Wealthpac and Quadramed International.

Alan heads up the Commercial Investments division and is a qualified ACCA and has an Honours Degree in Economics from UCD. Prior to joining Investor First Alan held senior positions with BDO Simpson Xavier, ACC Bank, Bank of Scotland Ireland and Bank of Ireland Private Banking. In total, Alan has 16 years of financial services experience, the last 4 of which have been focused on international property.

JP manages all investment sales to direct clients. He holds a degree in Business studies from Dublin Business School, is a Qualified Financial Advisor and also has the Pensions Diploma from the LIA. Prior to Investor First, JP worked with multinational software developer Oracle.
