The Airport Business Complex is a $33 million, 134-acre multi-building complex directly south of Philadelphia International Airport. Investor First were responsible for sourcing and structuring the transaction and introducing it to an Irish investor group.

Investor First was responsible for sourcing both the private equity and the mezzanine finance to participate in this $80 million condo-hotel development located in Orlando, Florida. The development will contain 200 units and is due for completion in 2008.
LEOPOLD SQUARE | SHEFFIELD, UK
Leopold Square is a £27 million mixed-use development located in Sheffield city centre. Investor First were responsible for sourcing a leading Irish hotel operator for 47,000sq ft of space. Other services provided to the hotelier client included re-engineering, cost planning, project management & oversight.
MAGPIE | YORK, UK
The Magpie is a £2.3 million development of 20 apartments located in York city centre. Investor First were responsible for the development and construction of units on behalf of clients. The project also included sourcing the site, negotiating finance, obtaining planning, cost management, design enhancement and procurement.
BAUHAUS COMMERCIAL | MANCHESTER, UK
Investor First acquired this 50,000 sq ft grade ‘A’ office on behalf of an Irish investment syndicate. Investor First were also retained by the purchasing group to provide diligence on the project, to review all development related documentation and support the acquisition and build out process.

Provided a mezzanine finance package to secure the purchase of 60 units in this city centre development. Development, planning, value engineering and sell down services were also provided to make the complex work as an extended stay location. The total transaction had a gross development value of £11 million pounds.

Currently in advanced negotiations on behalf of an Irish owned hotel group and local Manchester developer, for the provision of a 108 bed hotel and 40 serviced apartments, on a gateway site in Manchester - expected value £20m.

Plantation Park is a gated-community development set on 18.6 acres within 10 minute walk of downtown Disney World. Investor First gave its clients and channel partners the opportunity to purchase a freehold investment unit within this development, including a guaranteed yield of eight percent.

Through its relationship with the Home Business extended stay brand, Investor First we able to offer its clients access to a 4 star extended stay development located close to Lake Geneva. The development offered a guaranteed yield of 6%, a lease for 11 years and a 19.6% Vat refund.

Greenquarter is a mixed-use development built by Crosby Home. It is located in the northern part of Manchester city centre, 500 yards from Victoria train station and the Arndale Centre. Investor First secured access for its clients to the first phase of thirteen phases this expansive scheme.

In partnership with a leading extended stay operator in France, Investor First secured exclusive access to investment units within this development. Located in the new business and university district of Paris (Paris Rive Gauche) these units also included a guaranteed income for at least 11 years.
