Formed in 2002, Investor First's early years were spent focused on the property sector where we successfully executed transactions valued in excess of €600 million, predominantly in the U.K, the U.S.A and Eastern Europe.

Investor First's business model is centred on tied relationships with a number of established international institutional funding partners, whom we introduce as sources of capital to projects where Investor First has identified secure investment fundamentals.
